We’re thrilled to have you here and can’t wait for you to enjoy our products and services. Please take a moment to carefully read and familiarize yourself with our policies to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience with us.

Store & Shipping Policy: 

Order Finality & Exchanges:
All sales at Kiss My Lash are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only allowed if the item arrives damaged or defective in its original condition. Please note that Kiss My Lash is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping; any concerns must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping & Delivery:
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Kiss My Lash - Lashes by Shem cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Any questions regarding shipment status should be directed to the carrier.

Order Accuracy & Storage:
All products are carefully stored in a sanitary, temperature- and humidity-controlled environment to maintain quality. Orders are inspected before shipping. Please double-check your order before submitting, as we cannot accept returns after shipment due to hygiene reasons. Changes can only be made before the order has shipped or is picked up.

Booking Policy: 

Scheduling & Deposits:
To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required for all services. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your service. If you need to reschedule, deposits can be applied to a new appointment when changes are made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations & Late Changes:
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $20 fee and require a new deposit to rebook. No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and require full payment for any future bookings to rebook. Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of service.

Arrivals & Service Time:
Arriving late may reduce your service time. We are unable to extend appointments due to late arrivals, so please plan to arrive on time.

Payments & Add-Ons:
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment. Certain services, such as colored lashes or lash decals, may be added on via our booking system.

Returning Clients:

  • 1 Week Fill: Within 7 days of your last appointment with 80%+ lashes. Below 80% counts as a Regular Fill, regardless of the timing.

  • 2 Week Fill: If you have 65%+ lashes after 1-2 weeks. Below 65% counts as a 3-Week Fill, regardless of the timing.

  • 3 week Fill: If you have 45%+ lashes after 3 weeks. Below 45% counts as a fullset, regardless of the timing.

  • Full Set: Over 4 weeks (25 days) or less than 20% of lashes requires booking a Full Set.

New Clients:
If you are new or have work from another technician, a Removal + Full Set is required.

Training Policy: 

Booking & Deposits:
A deposit is required to secure your spot in any training session. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another training date if rescheduling occurs at least 10 days before the original session. Cancellations made within 10 days of the session will require a new deposit to rebook.

Payment:

The remaining balance for your training is due on the first day of the course. Payment can be made via cash in-person or online invoice via card before the training date.

Our policies ensure a fair and organized experience for all students while allowing us to provide high-quality training. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.​​​

Intellectual property & materials:

All training manuals, guides, and materials provided by Kiss My Lash are the exclusive property of Kiss My Lash – Lashes by Shem. These materials are intended for personal use during your training only. Sharing, copying, reselling, or distributing any training content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and penalties.
