Booking Policy: 

Scheduling & Deposits:
To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required for all services. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your service. If you need to reschedule, deposits can be applied to a new appointment when changes are made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations & Late Changes:
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $20 fee and require a new deposit to rebook. No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and require full payment for any future bookings to rebook. Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of service.

Arrivals & Service Time:
Arriving late may reduce your service time. We are unable to extend appointments due to late arrivals, so please plan to arrive on time.

Payments:
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash payments. We accept card through our online invoice system only if the payment is made, and received before the appointment beginsRefunds are not issued under any circumstances. 

Returning Clients:

  • 1 Week Fill: Within 7 days of your last appointment with 80%+ lashes. Below 80% counts as a Regular Fill, regardless of the timing.

  • 2 Week Fill: If you have 65%+ lashes after 1-2 weeks. Below 65% counts as a 3-Week Fill, regardless of the timing.

  • 3 week Fill: If you have 45%+ lashes after 3 weeks. Below 45% counts as a fullset, regardless of the timing.

  • Full Set: Over 4 weeks (25 days) or less than 20% of lashes requires booking a Full Set.

New Clients:
If you have work from another technician, a Removal + Full Set is required.
