Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date one time. Any changes made under 48 hours (including rescheduling) will result in the loss of your deposit. All online payments and e-transfers are subject to applicable provincial sales tax.
